Upon watching this TikTok I immediately made my way to the kitchen and slathered 2 slices of a crusty loaf with some Shirgar Welsh salted butter to appreciate that even though I don’t live in NYC the one upside is that I can have some lovely bread and butter at the drop of a hat 😂

Uk sliced bread doesn’t go mouldy anymore. Haven’t seen a mouldy end of loaf for years, not sure what they put in it these days. Best avoided too…. 🫣

A ‘normal’ say Warburtons is I’d imagine £1.40/£1.60. Jason’s is just over £2 a bag but a decent sourdough from a bakers is circa £5/£6 x
