just be blunt and honest with ur customers....use there emotions to have them trust you and u all good....if they say no...just be str8 forward and ask them is it the price or the service....u get ur def answer and from that if its the price be like...yea to be honest it is a little high....u agreeing with them opens the door to there trust emotions like ...yea they are on my side....then they be happy with even a small 5-10% discount which is nothing for u really BUT they dont have to know that....and make sure u tell them the discounted price is pretty much on ur margin to nail it in...but u do it for them anyways like a hook up.
