We use water based vacuum to suck the pipe drainage. Why is it the end of pipe seemed to discharge jelly liked substance instead of liquid? And how much u charge for compressor wash?

I believe what you said. My Air-Con is 11 years old, and i did not even once top up gas. Basic maintenance like clean filter, coil, and line flow fan is important.

I am his customer, his company service is really good and value for money. His normal service include taking down the blower to clean, which is an add on for many other companies

yes it's true. my national single system haven't been service for more than 10 years and it's still super cold and working well. only worry is i might be inhaling years of toxic air.
