i used the preser hard brush cause the soft brush needed internet 😔 so yeah, hard brushes are peak to render

have you tried the new impasto brush? it can achieve a similar effect without using the blur tool! it heavily relies on pen pressure though to control the opacity without manually changing it, so it would only be efficient if you have pen pressure. it's a round brush, but i prefer square-ish brushes, so i played w the settings a bit and changed it to that ( ≧ ▽ ≦ )
