Fried rice doesn’t have to break your diet ;) High Protein TVP Fried Rice 1 TBSP Olive Oil 1 Cup TVP 1 Cup Water 2 Green Onions, whites & greens separated 3 Garlic Cloves 3 Cups Rice, cooked (day old works best) 1/2 Cup Just Egg | Mung Bean Egg 1 Cup Peas 1 Cup Edamame 1/8-1/4 Cup Dark Soy Sauce 2 TBSP Mushroom Oyster Sauce 2 TBSP Shaoxing Wine 1 TSP Sesame Oil 1. Soak your TVP grounds in water for 10 minutes and set aside. 2. Heat oil on medium heat. Fry garlic and the white part of the green onions for 30-60 seconds. Add in your hydrated TVP grounds and fry for 4-5 minutes. Make a well in the middle of the pan and add in your just egg/mung bean egg mixture. Stir aggressively and cook for 3 minutes until the egg mixture has set. 3. Add in your frozen peas & edamame and stir aggressively for 2-3 minutes. Add in your rice and mix until thoroughly combined. Once mixed, add in dark soy sauce, mushroom oyster sauce, shaoxing wine, and sesame oil. 4. After everything is thoroughly cooked and combined, turn off the heat and finish off with the greens of your green onions. Enjoy :) #friedrice #eggfriedrice #vegan #plantbased #highproteinmeals
