I agree. I’m a small streamer as well. I started streaming to build a community of like-minded people. Without viewers, you can't build that community. I feel like TT is working hard to limit my visibility. I get hit with restrictions for “unoriginal content” frequently, even though it's me, talking, playing games, and engaging with viewers. When I appeal or question what it is I am doing, so I can change what I'm doing wrong, I get different responses like, lulls in conversations, or too many expletives, to name a few. One time, I pasted my Discord channel link in the comments to bring my community together even more. TT said I was selling off-site, which I wasn't, of course. There has never been a solid response as to what I said or did to get the restrictions. My viewers agree, I did nothing wrong. During a live, if you get a restriction, you are removed from the FYP and search. Your viewers are not allowed to repost your live to the FYP. So, that viewership, community you're trying to build is stomped on. The only way to get rid of the restriction is to stop your stream and start again. I also found that the auto-bleep feature bleeps words that are not swear words and, of course, you get it marked against you. Too many swear words, you'll get a restriction. Yet I watch many streamers, A, B, and even C league, who swear a lot more, and they don't get the same restrictions. Perhaps they hype more than me. Perhaps they spend more money than me… Idk. Often this feels like TT is working against small streamers. Instead of helping us get over the hurdles, they put more hurdles in front of us. Perhaps this is their way if seeing who truly is trying to succeed and push through. I keep going! That's what small streamers need to di is keep pushing through!
