Hi Ing, I’m currently using your acne gel and hydrating cleanser. With other simple routine for hydration. However, the machine tested that my skin is only 5% hydrated. How can I increase my hydration in this case if I only use eg sunscreen in the morning? Skin type is dehydrated sensitive skin (with acne breakouts)

hello Ing, I'm in my early 50's and never used any retinol products before. I have some pigments on both cheeks areas other wise all good. How do I go about using this. I have been using medicube products for a couple of years but am keen to give ingu products a try as it states that it is created for hot climates rather than 4 seasons. I am also keen in your vit C product. can you kindly guide me on how to use the use the retinol n vit C products..how do I incorporate into my routine( eg: how many times to use and which products to use first). thank you.

I spend 2 months a year in hot climates and during the day, I only use SPF. I can't tolerate more skincare and since you need to reapply the SPF every 2 hours, I find that the skin feels super heavy after a few hours out, especially if you have too many product under it
