Attention c'est une entreprise qui niveau relation client est vraiment à fuir !!! J'ai acheté un casque sur conseil d'un vendeur de chez eux sur un événement sportif sympa je me dis qu'il est de confiance car il connaît son produit... en fait je me suis demande pourquoi je ne supportais pas le caque au bout de 4 sorties avec j'ai arrêté... mis au placard cette année je retourne sur un événement je reçois un stand et j'explique mon problème un vendeur me dit il vous a conseillé un casque trop grand pour vous ! et quand j'envoie un email le service me dit que c'est pas leur problème je veux juste un changement de taille !!! Sympa votre entreprise !!! Tjrs pas de réponse de votre part ? Une honte !! Sympa le service client surtout pas de téléphone et facile de ne plus répondre aux emails !!!

I have 2 pair and 1 of them for some reason has issues with the mic and I have even tried new ones of the exact same type and they keep having the dang issue no clue why

I loved my first Shokz so much so I replaced them after 4 years with a pair of these. They are nice and do what I need them to do but the battery life isn’t as long as my originals was.
