You should all gather your proof and evidence and take this Sohna of Crown & Comfort to court. That's the only solution I can see, especially if there are already more than 10 victims. People work hard to earn their money, so it's not acceptable to collect money from people and then refuse to provide the promised services or products. That is unfair and could be considered a scam. If there are several victims, it may be best to work together and take legal action.
