I get acrylic on my toes because of anxiety I ripped them. It actually really helps and I’ve got such a small nail bed. They just put acrylic straight on. Get the job done.

Go get some hard gel / biab put on them in a nail salon they’ll sort you out! I currently have two fake big toe nails because I’ve destroyed my big toes from raving 🤣😬😩

I got toe nail reconstruction from a proper clinic as it still grows under, only lasted a week but worked for me🤣🤣🤣 my toe nail got ripped off in May as someone stood on my acrylic and it ripped the whole thing off😭😭
