for perspective, one of these kindergatens charges 8500yuan per month which at today's rate is about 1100euros or GBP945. BUT in PPP it's about three times as much. even though china is comparatively wealthy, this is beyond what 95% can afford for kindergarten.

Now show an average kindergarten & not a curated promotional video for a highly specialised one. Don’t get me wrong, I would have sent my kids somewhere like this if it was available here but you’re making it sound like all Chinese kindergartens are like this
