It’s not really botched at all, just different styles, all artists use different needles, so next time I’d suggest going to the same artist. It looks exactly as the stencil you showed us

It’s not bad tattoo work it’s just not the same I thought it was obvious that two tattoo artists will not be able to do the exact same thing u should’ve gotton the unicorn as it had no correlation to ur first tattoo

tattoo artist here. not everyone uses the same needles, if i wasnt a fine line artist i wouldn’t be buying mega skinny needles. you need to research your artist before getting tattooed

i love you girl but you should’ve specified more when you saw the stencil, you HAVE to be specific and clear with what you want when getting a tattoo because it’s permanent. also every tattoo artist has a different art style which is just another thing to be aware of.
