Before you head out for golf this weekend, don’t overcomplicate things. Spend a few minutes getting your body moving, improving your mobility, and waking up the muscles you’ll need on the course. A little bit of movement goes a long way when it comes to helping you move better, swing better, and feel better during your round. I also have a Mobility & Stretching Class tonight at 5pm in the gym, where we’ll be working on these exact areas to help golfers improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and prepare their bodies for better performance.
