A dairy free banana & caramel beauty for my cutie Kelvey!! 🍌🍌🍌 She asked for a banana bread with some coffee or caramel elements in it, so this is what I came up with! A coffee and walnut banana bread, banana caramel, coffee syrup, caramelized bananas, and a salted tahini coffee buttercream. It’s sweet, moist, salty, and SO SO good. I love a layered banana bread cake, I think it’s such a fun way to elevate the classic banana bread while still being a little more laid back than a classic layered sponge cake.
