I think it would be really helpful if people could just accept Syd’s situation for what it is in this moment and stop talking about trials and recovery and futures which are not promised to any of us. Why can people not just recognise that at this precise moment in time, Syd is not very well and in need of support. Just think about today - she just has to be comfortable in the here and now . That’s all that matters right now.

Melinda Bachini had the same cancer as Syd, she fought to participate in a clinical trial of tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte therapy. This clinical trial allowed her to heal.

Syd, your go fund me is 133k . I hope you can use this to get a full time nurse at your new home. Then mom can just hang with you and watch movies and let the nurse take care of the pain meds etc. you need to not worry your head about anything. You need every ounce of strength to continue to thrive. Use the go fund me to make yours and your mom’s life easier. It’s there with love and support from all of us who love you!!! Hang in there.
