The grandma stumbled, gripping her walking stick to keep from falling. A woman stepped forward and calmly told him that the grandma had been waiting much longer than he had. The rude man scoffed, brushed her aside, and refused to move. The woman gently took the grandma's hand and guided her back to her rightful place. Then something unexpected happened. One by one, every patient silently stepped forward. A woman moved ahead, then another patient, then another, until the entire queue had shuffled past him. Within seconds, the grandma was standing at the front of the line again. The rude man was left all alone at the very back. The woman placed her hand on her heart and smiled at the grandma.
