I have had that happen but with a water pump on a car. Old school 78. where it had three belts and a ton of stuff to pull off. what a nightmare. Love your content.

I have a toro with a Kawasaki 23 hp mower and it surges when at an idle can also hear it pickup/ slow down a bit when full throttle, maybe this is my problem
