@lo_silver: most people think sales is about convincing people, which is exactly why most people suck at sales. bc the best closers aren't sitting there trying to manipulate someone into saying yes, they're trying to understand them 😌 that's the biggest shift that changed everything for me. when i first started sales, i thought i needed: + the perfect script, + the perfect pitch, whole time... the money was in the questions i asked bc the moment someone feels: + heard, + understood, + seen, & safe enough to tell you the truth... the entire conversation changes. the prospect literally starts selling themselves. that's why i laugh when people say sales is "pushy" good sales isn't pushy. good sales is psychology. it's understanding: - why people get stuck, - why they don't take action, - what they're actually afraid of, - & what's really costing them by staying the same. people don't make decisions logically, they justify them logically, but they make them emotionally & if you're not learning how to communicate with people on that level... you're leaving so much money on the table. whether you're a closer, business owner, coach, consultant, literally whatever, sales will always come down to one thing: 1️⃣ understanding people better than they understand themselves if you're tired of guessing your way through sales calls and want to learn the skill that completely changed my life... comment "BCE" and let's talk about increasing your income
