I started For Answer for the first time recently. I had never heard this song, but it stopped me in my tracks. the only other song to do this was dearly beloved from Kingdom hearts. I just sat there, music bathing me while I was reminiscing on my life. I couldn't stop thinking of my wife, and all the time we've spent together. the time we eloped and got married on a beach, the time I ran away from home and moved thousands of kilometers away to be with her, the personal growth she's been through with her life. I could go on, but this song makes me think of her, and she's my best friend in the whole world. I'm going to cherish AC4A when i play it, but only once I stop crying when I hear the menu music 🥲

The overlapping melodies of the piano are brilliant, one fast, repetitive, climbing, and the other slow and descending. Every version of this song is great, but the one from FreQuency’s album is my fav.
