Okay yes I'm going all through your TikToks but when I saw you on this I realized I think I need that machine because my right kneecap has been having a hard time. It's from basic training military related but it because my quads aren't really strong enough to pull the kneecap over the... tibula I think it is They said I need to fix my quads AKA work them out. This would totally do it
