Do we have the same life? My mom suffered so much too.. and was such a godly woman too. My faith has been tested so much. My mom too didn’t deserve this ending. I’m so upset too.

losing my mom has sent me into the only faith crisis i’ve ever had. I have read the scriptures back to front, I’ve defended my faith through everything, I’ve kept faithful through every bad thing that’s happened to me but the moment my mom passed none of it made sense anymore. God and I aren’t really talking at the moment

I understand. My relationship with “god” no longer exists. He took my dad when I was 10 and my mom was 25. Why? Why? Why did he do that!? Why did he leave me and my sister on this earth without them? I’ll never be able to forgive him. When I pray, I pray to my parents not to god.

I read that God takes good people first to protect them from more pain and suffering. My mom died horribly and unexpectedly and I was so angry but now I see. God came and showed me where she is and she is exactly where she always wanted to go. She is happy. She doesn’t miss me. She’s free from pain and tragedy. God decided she had suffered enough.

This is soooo me. After mum rested,I stopped going to church for close to 2 years because I honestly couldn't understand a lot..... mum was Godly, peaceable, commitment to church... then suffered for 8 years!!!

I like to think that she had taught me everything I needed to be without her so now it was time for her to go, I used to tell her I was her "unfinished business" so she needed to stay.... I find myself so mad at God now, I still needed her.

My mother battled cancer for 20 years. She passed away last year in October. She was also a godly woman, but I feel like her sickness is what’s solidified her faith and her pain and her struggles through what she went through drew her closer to God, I do believe that this world is temporary. Our home is in Heaven. Her reward for remaining in faith is somewhere up in heaven. God is close to the broken hearted come to him as you are.
