I have a similar coffee table and it took me a while to do it but I didn’t have to ask my dad so that’s a bonus!

I've spent all day trying to pack 😳 my brain has shut down, its the worst 🫣 I also tried packing cubes for the first time & I think I've just undone all the ironing that took me hours & its taken up so much room 🥴

Florida Man Pleads Guilty After Killing His Father and Shooting His Mother Marvin Voigt, 63, had repeatedly urged his 23-year-old son, Joseph, to find a job. According to investigators, Joseph spent much of his time playing video games, and disagreements over his lifestyle and employment had become a source of tension in the family’s home in Bartow, Florida. On December 7, 2024, at approximately 11:20 p.m., the conflict turned violent. Joseph opened fire, killing his father in the driveway and shooting his mother, 58-year-old Susan Voigt, in the head. Despite her serious injuries, Susan managed to call 911. During the emergency call, she identified her attacker, providing authorities with a crucial detail as they responded to the scene. When officers arrived, Marvin was dead, and Susan was inside the home with severe injuries. Joseph had already fled in a vehicle. Around 2 a.m., Orlando police located Joseph on International Drive and took him into custody. According to authorities, he admitted during questioning that he had shot both of his parents. He also described the ongoing disputes with his father over his video game habits and failure to find employment. Investigators also reported that Joseph had a prior record involving the discharge of a firearm in a residential area and an assault. On April 7, 2025, Joseph pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder as part of a plea agreement that reduced the original murder charge. The case began amid disagreements over employment and daily life but ended with one parent dead and another seriously wounded. Susan’s decision to call for help, despite her injuries, helped authorities identify the person responsible. #florida , #family #shooting , #orlando , #murder
