Owner is at fault . They didn’t even know what the dog looked like they just heard a loud ass bark and ordered her multiple times to put the dog away. No one especially a cop is supposed to know a dog running at them is aggressive or not . I’m just saying shes the one that needed to follow orders and protect her animal . She let that dog out . I feel bad for the poor doggy but it’s very clear that was her fault I’m sorry . Not saying what he did was acceptable at all but truthfully all she had to do was step out close the door behind her or put him away instead of trying to convince them he’s not aggressive .

Just listen to the way the two police officers mock the situation and chat among themselves; that alone is enough to show that the shooter premeditated the killing of the dog. I hope those so-called police officers have been removed from their posts, because the job is clearly too big for them. I also hope they never have to go through something like this themselves—since life gives back what we put out into the world—and I hope no one ever harms their children.

Everyone defending the cop and saying that the dog lunged or whatever, it’s literally just a dog are they gonna die from being bit by a dog? No he would’ve been fine. He could have ran, there was so many options for him other than shooting the dog. If this is how he reacts to a dog which is a non life threatening incident. I can already imagine how he is on the job. A dog barking is by no means a reason to draw your gun. His first instinct was the draw his weapon shame on him
