The clean girl look is gorgeous but I remember when I couldn't understand why it never looked the same on me 😭 my skin always seemed tired no matter what I used. Luckily someone told me to read Eat Like a Woman Protocol written by Loren Green. It completely changed how I approached things. Clearer skin, steadier energy, less puffiness and 30 lbs gone later, I finally feel confident leaving the house with barely any makeup. Love it honestly.
