Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” - God’s plans are always for your good, even when He takes something away. Job 42:10 “…the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before.” - After loss, God restored Job with even greater blessings. Isaiah 61:3 “…to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness.” - God replaces sorrow with joy, and brokenness with beauty. John 10:10 “…I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” - Jesus promises abundance, not emptiness. What feels like subtraction is often divine multiplication.
