The issue is that for non definitive things (so things outside of cheaters, exploiters, throwers) people would get false reported or retaliation reported like someone could give criticism and be getting reported for that

People will just abuse it tho, down vote anyone who didn't carry you or if you thought they "threw" and they are just bad at the game had a bad game etc. sadly some people will find a way to turn any good thing bad. They already do it with reports now.
