Slice up andouille sausage. 2. Season chicken thighs with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, red chili flakes, and Cajun seasoning, then mix well. 3. In a pan, cook andouille sausage until crispy and remove from pan. 4. Add chicken thighs to the pan and let cook. 5. Add butter, minced garlic, chopped bell peppers, celery, and onion to the pan. 6. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste, then mix well. 7. Add uncooked jasmine rice to the pan. 8. Pour in chicken broth or water and add Cajun seasoning. 9. Reintroduce cooked sausage and chicken to the pan, stir to combine. 10. Set heat to medium low, cover with a lid, and let cook for 20 to 30 minutes. 11.
