L5-S1: Circumferential disc bulge is seen with disc desiccatory changes causing bilateral lateral recess narrowing and bilateral transiting nerve root compression. Grade 1 anterolisthesis of L5 over S1 is seen.
Spinal cord appears normal no evidence of any area of abnormal signal intensity inside the spinal cord.
- No evidence of any intra-dural mass.
CONCLUSION:
Grade 1 anterolisthesis of L5 over S1) (background fracture pars interarticularis at corresponding Ivl) with circumferential L5-S1 disc bulge causing bilateral lateral recess narrowing and bilateral transiting nerve root compression
