it is dangerous to not take anything they say at face value. if they are talking about household voting TAKE IT SERIOUSLY. they can never move onto the next step of voter restrictions if they fail at the first step.

There is a great Iranian film called “Secret Ballot” which is hilarious because their criticisms of the system have to be subtle enough to get by the censors. But there’s one scene where a husband in a rural conservative area wants to vote for all six of his wives and gets in an argument with the elections staff (who are women) that he can’t do that.
