@ahnestkitchen: One of our favorite afternoon drinks: cacao milk. We drink it because we love the taste, but cacao is actually packed with antioxidants and minerals like magnesium. It contains only a small amount of caffeine (10-15mg), so it offers a gentle lift that’s still comforting and chocolatey. Serves 1. INGREDIENTS: 3 tsp unsweetened 100% cacao powder (we use @navitasorganics) 1 cup milk of choice, divided* Sweetener of choice, to taste INSTRUCTIONS: Hot Cacao Milk ~ Whisk the cacao powder into 1 cup hot milk until smooth. Sweeten to taste and enjoy. Iced Cacao Milk* ~ Whisk the cacao powder into 1/2 cup warm milk until fully dissolved. Add sweetener to taste.
