Not only blk people understand this, us Hispanic famlies do this too, thank God! I only have 1 brother left of 3 , yesterday June 27, was my 79th birthday& one of my grandsons was born on my birthday, so some of my”5” generations were here, my family of 2 boys& 5 girls 26 grandsons “2which are Angels” 24 granddaughters 42 grtgrandkids 4 grtgrtgrandbabies , & another beautiful blessing & surprise expecting a new baby in 2027!!! God has been s good to me, has blessed me so much, can’t ever thank him enough for my beautiful family! So yes we too understand family gatherings like this! Yes absolutely we are blessed! Thank you Father God, in Jesus Name, always . 🙏 Amen 🙏 lol
