I think this is happening because Ronaldo is choosing to keep playing even when his form is down, which just makes people have a 3year span of bad memories about him. Which is basically what happened to R9 with injuries. Also football as been getting even more popular, and a large part of the people was not watching his games before 2022. Just makes me think Cristiano will become very underrated in 4-5 years from now

Its funny hearing people saying he should retire because he can’t play anymore.. alot of legends said if they could have continued they would but they couldn’t .. their body gave out on them how do you hate a passionate person in decline using every opportunity and chance . His body works and he puts everything on the pitch each time he plays. His passion is second to none and his ability to keep pushing even with odds against him is something he alone carries.
