This famous verse is from Surah Al-Hajj (Chapter 22), Ayah 46. Arabic Text:Translation: "Have they not traveled through the land so that their hearts may reason and their ears may listen? For indeed, it is not the eyes that are blinded, but blinded are the hearts which are within the breasts."Historical Context & Background Surah Al-Hajj was revealed during a transitional period between the late Makkan and early Madinan eras. In the preceding verses (verses 42–45), Allah mentions past civilizations—such as the people of Nuh, 'Aad, Thamud, and the people of Lut—who rejected their prophets and were ultimately destroyed. The Quraysh of Makkah were active traders who regularly traveled north toward Syria and south toward Yemen along ancient trade routes. As they traveled, they physically passed by the ruined dwellings and deserted towns of these destroyed nations (like Mada'in Salih or the ruins around the Dead Sea). Verse 46 was revealed as a direct rhetorical question to these travelers: If you physically see these destroyed civilizations with your own eyes, why haven't you taken a moral and spiritual lesson from them?

Nice. Prof Keith Moore was a renowned anatomist who compiled the miracles of the Qur'an relating to human development. You can find out about it. He was also blown away when he found the correlations which he concluded couldn't have been accidental, rather divinely inspired.
