Spoiler alert: if you mindlessly take risks and do what they tell you to do in these videos, nothing will change in your life. People just enjoy the momentary mental high, pretending they're living in a movie. It's another dopamine trip accompanied by sad music, completely disconnected from real life. We're sold abstract slogans like "take risks despite your fear," as if it were a magic button. But blind risk-taking for the sake of risk-taking won't change anything in life. It's just surrogate dopamine: people watch videos, catch a momentary mental high, imagining themselves as movie characters.
