Not all of them were reckless in this video yes but not all E bike. Riders are reckless and when stop they need to be delt with individually for what the law they are breaking. Kids need to be able to have fun and not feel like if they get stopped something horrible it’s gonna happen to them or their bike. Give them a warning next warning give the parents a ticket and so on. Not saying that they should get away with it.
