If you're eta before leaving the house is already late just don't bother. As a massage therapist i see this all the time, we also have a 15 min grace period but can decide if we want to give people the rest of their time even if they're 30 minutes late but then they gripe about not getting their full time so its not worth it. We also charge half price if they miss the appointment and full price even if they decide they want 30 minutes of their time.
