The problem is while I’m over here exceeding expectations, pulling 140% of my wait, speaking logically following the procedure and the process, while I watch the guy who gives 30-40% to the work an 60&70 to ass kissing and sucking up get promoted based on the alliances they creat with management at some point I gotta dial back that 140% to about 50% as I see it, it’s not getting me no where, I’ll do as they ask, but I won’t kiss their ass, or take the write up for some dumb shit that they need a fall guy for, accountability and ownership starts at the top down. It’s not playing the blame game, when you have no one to blame but your self, as iv said at work if you write me up for something I did fair enough I won’t even get a union rep involved, but when you hit me with a write up for following the policy you put it where you made a mistake in calculating what was needed, so I assigned the amount of time you specified, then when I refuse to sign it, you roll deeper into some well I can take this write up and change it to stealing company time, in front of 3 witnesses. Brother the policy you laid out said for 12hr you need to claim 10.25 hrs in somax, even after I proved it I had to get corporate HR to come in and expunge because the local HR manager and HR assistant is so scared of lower managements pull due to who they know, some times it’s a losing battle, but some one must fight it to prove the point for sure
