El Reno was stronger in terms of windspeeds, but if you’re tryna say that it was weaker without the subvortices, the main vortex was the main, massive tornado and was like 185 alone with slower rotational speed. Only reason it’s EF3 is because it hit literally nothing. If it hit any town, it would’ve taken heavier damage.

do the research please, though i side with you, and because Greensburg hit at night it was barely visible, however el reno was worse, just because people milk it so much doesnt mean its bad. its actually really strong, it just so happen to form in a vast area.
