its not really a merge with express Fedex is doing away with express drivers so they dont have to worry about having trucks to care for and drivers to pay Its pretty much close down express terminals and screwing the low pay ground drivers with more stress and more work.

My terminal is too heavy to merge with express. Fortunately for us I believe it might be a couple years until we have the timed deliveries and such

I would have told the BC to make a decision failed service or make the time commits. I’m pretty sure they were ground packages a real manger would have met u on your route somewhere and not have u come all the way back to the station for 3 damn packages that’s insane..

Dude gotta know how to run a route. Express can do this with there eyes closed this isn’t Uber Eats or Amazon express can be given 200 stops in a smaller route area do 40 express stops by 1:30 plus mix those p2s if possible then all down hill after that scoop the rest of the P2 up and get your pick ups simple. 😎

I hate when they do that. Then you come all the way back and get just a couple stops. So stupid. It was better when they would shuttle the pkgs out to us. Coming back is such a pain.

we never leave and come back we have to wait till all express gets there no matter the time. They lose more money waiting and missing 1030 than just running those on late truck next day. we have been doing 2.0 for about 2years now we were one of 1st terminals to do it. It gets easier just get use to late starts

Once I leave the warehouse, I'm not coming back until i'm done. Those packages sitting there, or any others, can wait to go out until the next day 💯💯

have fun during peak and winter time when planes are 1 to 2 hours late .. been on Express for 12 years and not staying for the merge because they want al hourly employees gone
