You can check things before you leave to make sure everything’s there or it’s what you bought, if something’s wrong, you can return it. I bought diapers, checked before I left and they were the wrong size than what the box said. Went to the return desk and got a refund.

Take my advice, don’t get hooked on this racket. It’s always a risk and the items you purchase are always broken. They sell returned items to keep them from entering a landfill.

I got my dresser from there, matter of fact, this same location in Pitt lol. Parts came in incomplete but it had the sticker of the order number and initial customer name so I called the manufacturer, gave those details and they sent me replacement parts. HUGE DRESSER that works retail $500+, I got for $10😂

stopped using them after multiple non working products and finally getting one that was basically just the power cord for the thing i thought i was getting.i understand it missing a screw or something but i should be able to refund if its missing the actual bid on item
