Hey so, I work at this restaurant. That is our special John Wayne Rolling Pin. It’s bacon, ham, sausage, tomato, onion, green peppers, jalapeno and cheese all over a biscuit, covered in gravy! It’s not your typical biscuits and gravy but it is soooo good. The owners are wonderful people who make all the food with love. ❤️

I use an unholy amount of black pepper in mine, never had it with jalapeños but I bet that’s really good. White gravy is the easiest to make and this is a great breakfast for dinner dish during the winter :)
