Girl just log offf …Mobility matters, but if you could only pick ONE, strength training wins by a mile for healthy aging. Muscle mass, bone density, balance, fall prevention, and independence all depend heavily on strength. If lifting made you stiff, that’s a programming issue, not a weightlifting issue.
