im a low responder i was the same on MJ it felt absolutely nothing on MJ till I was over 10mg I have been the same on Ret been on it 6 months and nothing but im on 6mg now and its working its actually quite annoying 😳😭

From the trials , they gave the patients 12mg , I do think the heavier you are the more you need? Maybe I’m wrong but I started low and noticed nothing for 4 weeks so I’m gonna increase my dose

It has a 6 day half life, so stays in the system a good amount of time. the clinical dosage is 2mg starting. stay on it as long as you can. no need to split dose due to the half life.

👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I’ve been using it for maintenance since August & haven’t gone past a 2mg dose. Don’t need too. So many people rush thinking they’re going to get better results when all they’re really doing is heightening side effects & running into complications. Slow & steady always! X
