@the_natural_mindset: A West Midlands Police inspector, Lee Bartram aged 44, admitted to making and distributing over 450 indecent images of children. He was also found to have taken images of children WHILST ON DUTY! To make things worse, if that was even possible, he avoids prison with a suspended 16 month sentence.
