Honey Dijon Potatoes: - 2 lb golden potatoes (cut into wedges) - 2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil - 3 tbsp dijon mustard - 3 tbsp honey - 2 tbsp fresh minced garlic - Seasonings: salt, pepper and garlic powder, onion powder and paprika all to taste.
