In camrose we learnt deer safety lol idk what it is about that city but you breathe the same street as a deer and your getting chased 😂😂 stay 2 bus lengths away from the deer there and if they still decide to charge at you run and hide. We learnt this but also if there’s been a forest fire in the recent previous years, color doesn’t matter it’s hungry, territorial and potentially even injured…. You better have bear spray at least

From southern bc and I learned if it’s black tell it to piss off if it’s brown back away slowly making noise so it knows you are there cause they have shit eyesight and if it’s white and small leave it alone cause it’s an endangered species of rare black bear and if it’s big and white just except your fate you ain’t outrunning that and Itll eat you alive if you lay down

if its a mother leave dont try take pictures and pet the dang bears I worked on the road alot and met so many stupid people I dont even say anything anymore I dont agree with them being put down because of human ignorance someone gets hurt I didnt see anything
