I’ve seen many many different opinions, that cold start should not take over 1 min on modern cars and you should be good to go, but other comments mention that you should wait till rpm drops. Which one is true cause both options I’ve seen have very valid points.

If I have check engine lights and stuff on when I turn the ignition on but not when I fully turn the key and the engine is on is that bad

Another thing is not letting the car cool down for a good 90 seconds before turning it off (especially after a long drive)

that red light isn't oil level but pressure.. you should know that.

U wouldn’t train in the gym without earning up your muscles so don’t drive away immediately on a cold start. Reduce damage to muscles, reduce damage to engine. Simple.
