Security footage captured a customer reaching through the service window, transforming an ordinary interaction into a frightening encounter. Acting quickly, she managed to break free and avoid further harm. The suspect left the scene but was later located and taken into custody. Incidents like this serve as a stark reminder of how fast everyday moments can take an unexpected and unsettling turn. Source: @simplydisturbing
