@theblackswansisters: We have learned over this past year to let Ophelia decide when to pull the eggs. Today she was ready…. She will be sad for a few days but needs the freedom to go to the pond and do other swan things now. We love the egg laying process even when they are not fertile because it shows how amazing she will be as a mother. This is Ophelias 4th time laying eggs. Olivia has only layed them once. Just like people, each swan is different but we have no doubt both girls will be excellent swan Moms when its time. ❤️🖤
