@meritgraqn2: If you ask your child if they need to go potty, you will likely get a “no”. Instead, monitor how much they are drinking and bring them to the bathroom 15-20 minutes after they drink or if you see potty cues (certain facial expression, dancing, etc). Tell them “let’s go pee”. #fyp #pottytraining #toddlermom
My 4 year old refuses to poo on the potty. Pee, no trouble. Even if you catch him going to poop and bring him to the bathroom he’ll stop mid way and hold it until he can hide and do it in his pants…

I always say to my little one when I know he needs to go but says ‘no’ that I need a wee and I need someone to come with me and remind me what to do…he very often jumps on to ‘show me’ first 😂

I don’t ask if he have to pee, I ask if he can feel his tummy. The answer is «I need to pee/poop/fart» or «I’m hungry»!

Id race my kids to the bathroom, whoever got on first and tried for a wee got a choccie 90% of the time they had one 😂😂 worked a treat if you were rushing to leave to go out 😂😂
